Bollo for Fest
Shaped to relax
Bollo began with the idea of creating a sofa that feels natural rather than constructed. We wanted to move away from rigid geometries and explore a softer language, where volumes seem to flow into one another and comfort becomes visible before you even sit down.
Its generous proportions and rounded silhouette give Bollo a strong presence, but never a heavy one. The design is expressive through softness rather than complexity, a simple gesture that creates character from every angle.
The development focused on finding the right balance between control and informality. Curves, proportions and transitions were carefully refined to create a continuous silhouette, while visible seams and relaxed upholstery allow the surface to behave more naturally.
Rather than hiding the way the sofa is made, these details become part of its identity. The result is a piece that feels precise in its design yet increasingly personal in use conceived not as a perfect static object, but as one that becomes more natural with time.
