Garsa side tables arranged in contemporary interior

Garsa for Deberenn

Calm balance

Garsa is a family of side tables conceived as modular companions for living spaces. The design draws inspiration from the slender legs of flamingos and the delicate way they perch, translating this poised balance into a system of slender bases and tops that can be combined to shape space with fluid geometry. The tables are conceived to work individually or in groups, generating a fractal aesthetic that responds to how people inhabit and organise their environments. Garsa brings a sense of calm presence to space, using proportion and movement to define relationships between object and context.

The objective was to design side tables that feel flexible, adaptive and visually light. The challenge was to create a family of pieces that could perform both as singular objects and in layered compositions, enriching interiors without dominating them.

Development focused on crafting a base geometry that could support multiple configurations while preserving visual clarity and balance. By studying natural forms and the elegant simplicity of animal posture, the design found a language that feels intuitive and expressive. Garsa’s modular identity emerges from the dialogue between slender structure and sculptural presence.
