Timeless seating elevated by craftsmanship and form
The design begins with a clear structural gesture. A semicircular piece of solid wood wraps around the backrest and armrests, embracing the upholstered body and defining the identity of the collection.
This element acts simultaneously as structure and visual frame. Its continuous curve introduces warmth and craftsmanship while giving the piece a strong architectural presence. Within this wooden outline, the upholstered seat provides comfort and softness, creating a balanced dialogue between material solidity and inviting tactility.
The design explores how a single gesture can organise the entire object. Carefully studied proportions, angles and bevels refine the relationship between wood and upholstery, allowing the form to remain expressive while maintaining clarity and precision.
