Gummy is a playful collection of seating that embraces joy and compositional freedom. Its rounded shapes and bright colours recall the soft shapes of candy and gumdrops, transforming everyday seating into a visual expression of warmth and spontaneity. The collection’s asymmetric character creates dynamic possibilities for arrangement, encouraging creative compositions that feel informal and welcoming. Whether as a single seat, a double seat with options for integrated arms or side table, or combined with a central auxiliary piece that mixes seating and table functions, Gummy brings a sense of ease and delight to interior spaces.
The project was conceived as an invitation to rethink seating through simplicity and play. The goal was to design a family of seats that feels friendly and accessible, capable of enlivening environments with a soft and cheerful presence while offering functional versatility.
Development focused on embracing organic, rounded forms and a light compositional logic. The collection consists of a single and a double seat that can incorporate added arms or an attached table, as well as an auxiliary element that combines different seat heights with a table surface. This flexibility allows Gummy to adapt to diverse spatial situations and encourages informal, creative use.
